TAXATION.

All-electric company car drivers benefit from reduced BIK tax rates of as little as 2%, providing significant savings compared to higher emission vehicles. Businesses using electric cars are also entitled to 100% first year capital allowances, allowing you to deduct the entire expenditure for your car from your profits before tax. All-electric vehicles are also exempt from fuel duty, fuel benefit charge and road tax surcharges.

On a cost per mile basis, an all-electric vehicle can provide fuel savings when compared to combustion engines**. Further savings can be made in cities that offer free or subsidised parking for low emission vehicles, while all our electric models currently (as of May 2023) qualify for the London Congestion Charge exemption.
