1 week of ownership car had Drivetrain malfunction. curtesy car supplied I live 45 miles away. No idea of collection time given. 16:00 you called car ready, collect that day as you needed curtesy car back. Unreasonable due to 45 miles & no warning.

The service was done with 2 tyres changed And MOT done- no issues here but car was not cleaned in the cabin and boot in spite of requesting a full clean I am quite disappointed on this service visit This is the 3rd BMW we have purchased from Barrett

You weren't responsible for the delay in getting the replacement part. The car was in your care for 3 weeks. Only a wash of the outside was done. When my friends Audi had same issue, it got a full valet. 28 mile test run and fuel not replaced

Airbag recall, after a very poor experience at BMW Stratstone Maidstone, I contacted BMW Barretts Canterbury who handled every aspect of the booking, arrival and completion of the recall with great customer satisfaction. Would certainly use again.

The frontline staff member appears to lack patience when clarifying customer questions and seems to struggle with reading customer expressions. Plz be aware that not all disabilities are visible, and some customers may require additional time.

The service was quite quick, and I took advantage of the courtesy bus to & from Canterbury. My only issue was the lack of hot water to have a cup of tea in the showroom. The "hot tap" didn't work & there was no other alternative.

We brought our car in for a service. next day car message 'engine oil level at limit'. Wasted 2 hours getting an appointment. Then told the oil was filled up free of charge even though we paid the service. Told it was BMW Fault+ refused any refund.

Overall happy with the service, but one thing did disappoint this was the cost to replace my tyres. The service highlighted that I needed 4 new tyres total cost of £920. On returning to collect I challenged and was offered total price £764.64

Whilst I have no problem with quality of work done, I am rather disappointed about the charges made for the work. I brought the car in to deal with a faulty drivers door cable. I was charged twice. Once to identify the problem and one to fix it.
