A bit disappointed about my inspection. It showed i had 4.0mm tread apart from 1 tyre at 3.9. That triggered a recommendation for a new tyre! The 1800 for 3 new wheels. Nothing mentioned about the quacking noise my charge flap makes!

Too expensive and audio quality was too poor to understand issue that you wanted to charge £1200 for. When I complained I was not allowed to speak to the operative about to get clarification and I was not sent the transcript of the audio as requested

-I have been charged £87.50 for a cluster light when there was nothing wrong with it - also been charged £216 for an investigation into brake sensors and traction control unit which doesn't seem to have taken place. Brake sensors were already new.

Having had the health check, I got a call to suggest the front wipers needed changing for £71 (which only needed cleaning) and 3x new tyres for "minor" cuts to cords at £1,028. 3x further/separate opinions were sought and replacements were not needed
