Went in due to leak in roof. Spent hour reporting on issues, for a leak in roof in a specific area - said seals were dirty, no time to clean, would need another hour at over £200. Said If seals need replacing bmw can't replace anyway. Would rather yo

When I said about the scratch I wasn't after claiming, but being told you're not liable as a response was abit of insult to injury ,all I was after was an apology or some acknowledgement.

The ambiguity of my third party warranty, so having to pay out for the work and claim it back. Surely if it's a well known warranty company you'd have this setup already on your systems. I purchased my BMW from Marshalls of Maidstone and the warrant.

Good service and pleasant staff. However, I had to confirm 3 times that I wanted a major service, rather than minor. This was a bit irritating. Also, dropping the collection service and charging for a courtesy car is offputting.

All work not carried out, car still showing service needed. So now have to make the journey back to get it sorted. Also advised car needs new shock absorber. Part is £624 but was quoted nearly £1600 so almost £1000 for an hour and a half's labour.
