Initial experience was not particularly good, with a short road test and a not a particularly detailed explanation of all the options available. There was the feeling of pressure to purchase the car and frustration as I hadn't completed the finance.

The service was quite quick, and I took advantage of the courtesy bus to & from Canterbury. My only issue was the lack of hot water to have a cup of tea in the showroom. The "hot tap" didn't work & there was no other alternative.

Vehicle was booked in for door mirror repair. Before booking in i had explained what was damaged. However on the day of booking the wrong part had been ordered and had to bee rebooked for the following day. So i wasted a trip to the dealer.

Overall happy with the service, but one thing did disappoint this was the cost to replace my tyres. The service highlighted that I needed 4 new tyres total cost of £920. On returning to collect I challenged and was offered total price £764.64

Whilst I have no problem with quality of work done, I am rather disappointed about the charges made for the work. I brought the car in to deal with a faulty drivers door cable. I was charged twice. Once to identify the problem and one to fix it.

The staff were very helpful and were prepared to listen to us and understand what we were asking. Basically the BMW app doesn't allow us to charge our i3s to only 80%. After some debate we agreed that the buffer is 5% at the top end.

I paid over £500 and I still have the fault with the car. It doesn't make sense that you worked on the car and replaced parts which cost me over £500 and the car is exactly the same with the same fault.

I had two new tyres fitted as part of the cars service. I discovered after departure the tyres were significantly under presured, as much as 1 Bar under and the car issued a pressure warning. I has to find a garage to inflate to correct pressure.

They claim prices for repair that are not for real. If you have a 10 year car in Germany is considered reasonable to service it with parts. In Canterbury UK, they will charge you 2.5 k pounds with parts costing 50-90 pounds !

Fixed the car and solved the issue. However, I dropped my car off at 8am, and was last to collect it at 5pm, without the free health check. Maybe have an am and pm drop off times. But the customer service when I was waiting was fab.
